Clean & jerk - 77% x 1 x 3 (215#)
Snatch - 72% x 1 x 3 (165#)
Clean pull - 95% (of clean) x 3 x 3 (265#)
Clean deadlift - 103% (of clean ) x 3 x 3 (290#)
Back squat - 78% x 3 x 5 (285#), follow each set immediately with 3 box jumps
- just not feeling a met-con today... gonna try just 3 a week during the rest of the cycle maybe add a fourth if it feels alright.
